Wyczawski has a total of three disclosures, all customer disputes. The most recent was filed on 7/18/2018, alleging “fraud; negligent misrepresentation; breach of fiduciary duty and breach of the covenants of good faith and fair dealing; negligent supervision; breach of conduct; Section 20 violations.”  This customer is requesting damages in the amount of $100,000.00.

Silver Law Group is investigating former New York-based Joseph Stone Capital L.L.C. (CRD# 159744) broker David G. Menashe (CRD# 5727269) after the State of Montana sanctioned him for excessive and unauthorized trading.

Menashe’s CRD Report and the Montana Regulatory Decision

According to Menashe’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, the Office of the Commissioner of Securities and Insurance for Montana sanctioned both Joseph Stone and Menashe. According to the Montana Order, Montana required Joseph Stone to pay $30,000 in restitution with Menashe contributing half of that amount.

Silver Law Group is investigating former New York-based broker Christopher J. Calandrino (CRD# 5238231) after he resigned from Joseph Stone Capital L.L.C. (CRD# 159744) for allegedly selling outside investments.

According to Calandrino’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, Joseph Stone allowed Calandrino to voluntarily resign in October 2016 while the firm investigated him over selling away allegations as well as for various potential violations of firm policy and regulatory rules and regulations.

Following Calandrino’s resignation, FINRA permanently barred him in November 2016 after he failed to respond to a FINRA request for information.
