The first was filed on 12/07/2017, alleging “suitability.” No damages are listed, and no other information is available.

The second was filed just a few weeks before on 11/21/2017, with allegations of “suitability of investments in REITS” (real estate investment trusts.) In this complaint, the customer is requesting damages of $1,000,000. Ginsberg response indicates that the customer was interested in “alternative investments,” with an agreed-to financial strategy.
