In 2017, a Plaintiff alleges misrepresentation, suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, negligence, supervision and churning in the handling of accounts.

In 2017, Clients allege that the recommendations to purchase FireEye since 2014 was not a suitable investment.
