In its release, Bonitas stated: \u00a0  \u201cWe believe that AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc.\u2019s (\u201cUAVS\u201d, \u201cAgEagle\u201d, or the \u201cCompany\u201d) was a pump &amp; dump scheme orchestrated by Alpha Capital Anstalt (\u201cAlpha Capital\u201d), AgEagle founder and former chairman Bret Chilcott and other UAVS insiders to defraud US investors.\u201d  Based in Witchita, KS, AgEagle is a company that manufactures drones (unmanned aerial systems) and offers drone solutions for a range of different industries, including agriculture. Their website includes a description of their drone delivery work that the company has worked on since 2019. Although Amazon is not specifically mentioned, the web page includes a picture of a non-branded packing box flying under a drone.\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/AgEagle.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/AgEagle-180x120.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Bonitas Research recently published a new report on <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/UAVS\/\" target=\"_blank\">AgEagle Aerial Systems, Inc.
