Calling it <a href=\"http:\/\/growlifeinc.com\/growlife-announces-rights-offering-to-shareholders-for-investment-opportunity-for-marketing-sales-and-technology-expansion\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Offering<\/a>, the company gives shareholders the opportunity to invest in the company to help it raise additional funding and continue to expand. This stock currently trades at around <a href=\"https:\/\/research.tdameritrade.com\/grid\/public\/research\/stocks\/summary?fromPage=overview&amp;display=&amp;fromSearch=true&amp;symbol=PHOT\" target=\"_blank\">$0.0122<\/a>, and is considered a \u201cpenny stock\u201d or \u201cmicrocap stock.\u201d However, because these stocks are smaller, they don\u2019t meet the minimum for trading on a national exchange like the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ.
