Hayes is the subject of seven customer complaints, with all but one filed on 12\/15\/2017. Of these, four have been settled. All of the complaints allege unauthorized trading<\/a> through different time periods from 2012 through 2017. The four settled cases have total damages of $355,000. No damage amounts are listed in the remaining three cases.<\/p>\n
