A new Stanford University study<\/span><\/a> funded by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority\u2019s (FINRA) Investor Education Foundation and AARP\u2019s Fraud Watch Network states that financial fraudsters who evoke strong emotions in their victims can more easily convince older adults to purchase their investments.
