Company settled a case brought by one of Mr. Fisher\u2019s former clients for $500,000 relating to allegations of <a title=\"Investments and Securities Fraud\" href=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/securities-arbitration\/investments-and-securities-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\">fraud<\/a> and <a title=\"Unsuitable Investment Advice\" href=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/securities-arbitration\/finra-sales-practice-violations\/unsuitable-investment-advice\/\" target=\"_blank\">unsuitable recommendations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Stifel, Nicolaus &amp;
