A former broker with Syndicated Capital in Great Neck, New York, Martin Knapp, was permanently barred by FINRA<\/a>. This action occurred because Knapp failed to respond to a FINRA request for information in which he was suspended in April 2015. Because Knapp did not request termination of his suspension within three months, he was automatically barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity.<\/p>\n
