In addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/securities-arbitration\/finra-sales-practice-violations\/unsuitable-investment-advice\/\"  target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">unsuitable investment recommendations<\/span><\/a>, Hoffman was accused of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/unauthorized-trading.html\"  target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">unauthorized trades<\/span><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/misrepresentation-omission-of-material-facts.html\"  target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">misrepresenting<\/span><\/a> material facts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoffman began work as a broker in 2001 with Edward Jones in St. Louis, and it didn\u2019t take long before he ran into client issues.
