Cody (CRD#\u00a0 4333419)<\/a> (also known as Jill Tramontano (\u201cTramontano\u201d)) and <a href=\"https:\/\/brokercheck.finra.org\/individual\/summary\/2794558\" target=\"_blank\">Richard G. Cody (CRD# 2794558)<\/a> (\u201cCody\u201d) after the SEC filed charges against Cody and FINRA barred Tramontano.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2016, the SEC filed charges against Cody alleging he defrauded at least three of his clients for years.\u00a0 According to the complaint, Cody\u2019s clients suffered massive losses in their accounts and, rather than notifying his clients, Cody depleted his clients\u2019 retirement savings by making monthly withdrawals<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/litigation\/complaints\/2016\/comp23710.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">SEC complaint<\/a>, Cody concealed the clients\u2019 substantial losses from approximately 2004 through 2016 by making materially misleading statements, leading the clients to believe that their investments were maintaining steady value and that their monthly withdrawals were being financed by investment gains.<\/p>\n<div class=\"read_more_link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.silverlaw.com\/blog\/richard-and-jill-cody-concorde-investment\/\"  title=\"Continue Reading Former Concorde Investment Brokers Richard and Jill Cody Under Investigation for SEC Allegations and FINRA Bar\" class=\"more-link\">Continue reading \u203a<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Silver Law Group is investigating former New Jersey-based Concorde Investment Services, LLC (CRD# 151604) brokers Jill M.
