Schaedler is now indefinitely barred by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). According to his <a href=\"https:\/\/files.brokercheck.finra.org\/individual\/individual_4264512.pdf\"  rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FINRA<\/span><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/files.brokercheck.finra.org\/individual\/individual_4264512.pdf\"  rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BrokerCheck<\/span><\/a> report, Schaedler was discharged by Wells Fargo Clearing Services in January 2017 for allegedly allowing his daughter to receive funds via check from a client, the majority of which were subsequently received by Schaedler himself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then in June 2017, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finra.org\/sites\/default\/files\/fda_documents\/2016048560401_FDA_JG412468.pdf\"  rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FINRA disciplinary action<\/span><\/a> was filed which stated, \u201cFINRA commenced an investigation in January 2016 into allegations that Schaedler exercised influence over a former elderly client, who ultimately amended her trust making Schaedler a partial beneficiary and the residual beneficiary of her $2.3 million-dollar estate.
